Roger Livesey
Roger Livesey (25. kesäkuuta 1906 Barry, Wales – 4. helmikuuta 1976 Watford)[1] oli brittiläinen näyttelijä[2]. Pitkä, komea ja persoonallisen karhealla äänellä puhunut[3] Livesey tunnetaan erityisesti keskeisistä rooleistaan kolmessa Michael Powellin ja Emeric Pressburgerin elokuvassa: Ystävykset (1943), Myrskyöitä (1945) ja Kysymys elämästä ja kuolemasta (1946).[2][4]
Laajaan teatterisukuun syntyneen Liveseyn ensimmäinen esiintyminen oli lapsiroolissa vuonna 1917, ja 1930-luvulla hän näytteli New Yorkin Broadwaylla, vastanäyttelijänään usein vaimonsa Ursula Jeans.[2]
